For those who are interested in starting a career in the Real Estate business, the effort, long hours, hard work, and challenge is well worth it! With a large family and full time job, beginning a new career was daunting.  My future broker at Exit Realty North suggested I try an online school, which proved to be exactly what fit my busy schedule.  With the online school, a series of slides and check point tests took me one lesson at a time until I had finally covered all the basics of real estate both for Alabama and for the National Exam. I am sure, by now, you have heard about the tragic incident that happened to the Smallwood and Sokolowski families in New Market last week. Our thoughts and prayers go out to the families and friends during this time. Communities from all over Northern Alabama have stepped up in a big way by collecting money and donations for this weekends Benefit Yard Sale at Riverton Elementary. We have already filled two rental trucks of items donated by residents in our communities. Not to mention there are a few more area businesses filled with more items that will be brought over on Saturday morning. If you would like to help out, either by donating items, money or your time please stop by. ALL of the money raised is going to support the families involved.
