7 reasons to buy a home in the FALL

You are probably thinking spring and summer are the best times to buy a home.  Fall is a busy time for a lot of families, but why not shop for a perfect home while relaxing with your favorite pumpkin spice latte.  Today I found an article that goes over the top reasons you should buy a home in the fall.  ARE YOU READY?  Let's go!

Lower home prices, less competition, worn-out home sellers, the holidays are just around the corner, year end tax credits, more quality time with your Realtor, and home improvement bargains!  Check out this link to read more.  http://www.realtor.com/advice/buy/reasons-fall-is-the-best-time-to-buy-a-home/

Also, another article talked about INTEREST RATES!  When looking to purchase buyers need to commit to a price they can afford.  Talk to your realtor and your lender to be sure your numbers are where they need to be.  Make a sound investment that you can afford for years to come.  With the right Realtor, a strategy will be made that will compare the appraised value with the listing price.  My job as a Realtor is watch numbers closely and to determine if the price of the home my buyer wants is being driven up because of low inventory.  If that is so, the home could be artificially inflated in pice.  For long term gains, I will help you locate a home that has evidence of increased value.  This is a critical step in the home buying process.  When your Realtor works with you to find the best value, you as a buyer could very well reap long-term gains.  For more information, check out the following link. http://www.forbes.com/sites/steveudelson/2016/09/01/looking-to-buy-a-house-this-fall-what-to-consider/#2b5b135f3f98
